Cancellation Policy for Visits to Venus La Universal
At Venus La Universal, we enjoy sharing our understanding of the vineyard and wine with all our visitors. To offer a quality experience and ensure good organization, it is necessary to establish clear conditions regarding reservations and cancellations of wine tourism visits. We kindly ask you to read the following policy carefully before finalizing your booking.
1. Booking Confirmation
When making a reservation through our website, the system requests full payment for the visit. This payment secures your request, but the booking is not final until Venus La Universal has approved it.
Within a maximum of 48 hours from the purchase, we will review calendar availability and confirm the visit. Should there be any conflict or impossibility to accommodate you on the chosen date and time, we will contact you and proceed with the cancellation of the booking with a full refund of the amount paid.
2. Cancellations by the Client
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring a visit to be modified or canceled. For this reason, we establish the following conditions:
- Cancellation more than 7 days in advance: we will refund 100% of the amount paid.
- Cancellation between 7 days and 48 hours before the visit: we will refund 50% of the amount paid.
- Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance: no refund will be issued.
3. Flexibility and Commitment
If, due to any force majeure reason, Venus La Universal has to modify or cancel an already confirmed visit (for example, due to extreme weather conditions or unforeseen incidents at the estate or winery), we commit to offering you a new alternative date or a full refund of the booking amount.
