Our winery, the heart where everything we have seen outside is transformed without losing its truth

SCROLL

The Winery

To enter Venus is to enter a way of working where science and intuition, precision and freedom coexist. We do not seek to accelerate processes or impose a result. We accompany. We leave space. We allow the wine to find its own rhythm.

Each vessel, a conversation

Different materials coexist in the cellar, because not all wines require the same thing. We work with wooden foudres, which embrace without marking; with amphorae, which respect the purity of the gesture; with glass demijohns, where the wine rests protected from everything; with large concrete tanks, which hold the wine and keep it in motion without interfering. Each vessel proposes a different conversation, a way of breathing.

We taste wines in process. We listen to barrels. We observe how time does its work. We do not seek to embellish, we seek to reveal. Let the wine be what it is, without unnecessary disguises.

A space of calm and time

The winery is also a physical place that matters. A cool, quiet space where the wines rest without disturbance. Here, silence also works. It is not absence, it is presence: that of everything that is happening slowly.

The hands that care for the wines

Caring for this space and the wines are Marc Borja and Andreu Bonfill. They are the ones who accompany every tank, every racking, every wait. Their work is discreet, precise, and constant. A way of being that understands that making wine is, many times, knowing when it is not necessary to do anything.

Learning with each vintage

Each vintage brings new questions, and we like it that way. The winery is not a place of closed answers, but of listening. A place where the land becomes aroma, texture, and emotion.

Here, the wine finishes learning to speak.
